 1 Waning Draught
Appearance - brown fluid, the bubbles linger if this potion is shaken.
Texture - cheap alcohol.
Taste - vanilla extract.
Smell - strong vanilla extract.
The imbiber ages 1d4 years. 





2 Red Hands

Appearance - bright red juice.
Texture - acerbic and dry.
Taste - bright red berries.

Smell - sugary and cloying.

The imbiber’s hands sweat red paint for six turns.






3 Witches’ Brew

Appearance - a dull yellow oil.
Texture - oily and thin.
Taste - fish oil, potion’s flavor will be burped later.

Smell - nothing.

As flammable as it gets, like super gasoline. As hard to remove as flaming oil, vaporous like gasoline, and highly caloric if consumed.






4 Delicate Dram

Appearance - pale pink liquid.
Texture - water.
Taste - tastes like petrichor. 

Smell - rose water.
One of the imbiber’s senses of their choice is amplified twofold for six turns.





5 Dragon’s Skin

Appearance - grey sauce.
Texture - hot sauce.
Taste - like lost teeth.

Smell - like wet rocks.

You grow scaly and flame-resistant for six turns (+1d8 level's worth of save versus Breath). 






 6 Lovely Liquor

Appearance - vibrant red syrup.
Texture - syrupy.
Taste - sour and red, along with an indescribable element of mindless pleasure.

Smell - like old wood boxes and heart flutters.

The imbiber can have  daydreams that permanently affect the emotions of the people in them, this lasts for 1d6 daydreams.






7 Cup of Reversion

Appearance - vivid sea blue liquid.
Texture - water and alcohol equally mixed.
Taste - like mouthwash, clinging and strong.

Smell - like a herb garden.
The imbiber’s body reverts to 1d12 rounds ago. 






8 Liquid Latency

Appearance - like hundreds of droplets glued together at the corners and seams.
Texture - grainy water.
Taste - strong artificial grape.

Smell - hot steam.

The imbiber falls asleep for 1d4 turns. This roll explodes! (If it is 4, reroll. Repeat until you roll something other than a 4, and add all those rolls up)






9 Illusory Fluid

Appearance - clear fluid.
Texture - high proof alcohol.
Taste - vodka.

Smell - strong liquor.

The imbiber goes invisible in a unusual fashion, they visually morph when still into site-specific illusions that blend in with their surroundings. This is not like chameleon skin. This lasts for 2 turns.




 


10 Panacea

Appearance - light blue water.
Texture - water.
Taste - like black tea.

Smell - old paper.

Cures all diseases, curses, afflictions, malignments, and otherwise affecting the imbiber.





11 Visibility in a Vial

Appearance - off color water and a red oil.
Texture - separated salad dressing.
Taste - tomato juice.

Smell - like ripe tomatoes.

Makes the imbiber visible. No Duration. Works when splashed on things as well.





12 Black Eyes

Appearance - bright orange juice.
Texture - thicker than expected.
Taste - like bitter poison. 

Smell - of the earth.

The imbiber sees as normal in the dark for two turns. (one for each eye, duh)






13 Familiar

Appearance - large effervescent bubbles in clear fluid.
Texture - thick spittle seltzer.
Taste - aspic.

Smell - cooking pectin.

The imbiber’s spit is animate, and enough spit can form an animal that takes commands. This effect lasts for one gallon of spit. The animal can be a maximum of 1 HD.


  




14 Cleanser Appearance - looks like water
Texture - slightly chalky water
Taste - Tastes like water that is too clean, like over chlorinated. Smell - smells of nothing

The imbiber begins to vomit, piss, and shit uncontrollably. For one hour.






15 Scaling Potion

Appearance - light yellow water
Texture - alternating thick and thin
Taste - like cucumber water

Smell - like strong ink

You shrink or grow as your self-image decreases or increases. this lasts 1d4 turns.


 




16 Liquid Hints

Appearance - cloudy water
Texture - spittle
Taste - spittle, like kissing people you aren't used to + lime

Smell - shaved wood

You gain access to all of your memories for one hour.






17 Skin Stretcher

Appearance - tannish fluid

Texture - flat beer

Taste - boiled wheat

Smell - beery

You are immune to blunt damage for one hour.






18 Condensation Ghost

Appearance - root beer
Texture - thin and mucilaginous
Taste - root beer

Smell - mildew

You may astrally project at will for one hour, but in the form of a condensation ghost which exits your vessel.






19 Apothecarium

Appearance - bubbly brown fluid
Texture - effervescent
Taste - cola

Smell - cola

grants medicine 4/6 to imbiber for 1d6 medicine checks.






20 Babel’s Tongue

Appearance opaque white
Texture - milk
Taste - mild black tea, coffee, and cocoa - all mixed

Smell- bad breath

You understand all languages for one hour.






21 Stone Skeleton Bone Soup

Appearance: thick viscous liquid, light grey
Texture: thick and viscous, would go soupy if melted
Taste: bone broth

Smell: cooking meat

In a couple of seconds, you turn into stone. Reverts in one hour.






22 Rubber Milk

Appearance: amber milk
Texture: buttermilk
Taste: goat milk

Smell: like sex toy plastic and goat
Maple syrup flavor heavily carbonated texture and smells of rubber.

You may leap thrice normal for one hour.






23 Blue Unical

Appearance: bright blue ink
Texture: ink
Taste: hellebore

Smell: strong ink

You grok (Understand/know) one spell, and now retain it. Once used the spell goes away.






 24 Velvet Knot

Appearance: toothpaste squeezed into oil
Texture: mango puree
Taste: jackfruit

Smell: bruised green leaves

You split off reality like a repeating decimal. Everything happens as normal. After 1d8 minutes, if alive, you return back here, just about to drink.






25 Feral Juices

Appearance: clear brown fluid
Texture: blood
Taste: crushed fruits

Smell: animal, body odor, the stench in zoos

Polymorph imbiber into a random animal for one hour.


 




26 Cocktail

Appearance: water with multicolor oily sheen on surface exposed to air
Texture: water
Taste: multiple mixed drinks, one to start with, then a shift, then another shift to the end of the tongue

Smell: alcoholic drinks
Acts as two other potions effects simultaneously.

Lots of fun combinations to accidentally consume!






27 Alien Aqua

Appearance: melted black butter
Texture: oil with a little water mixed in
Taste: chemicals

Smell: strong licorice

Go mad. Madness up to the GM, reverts in one hour. 




 


28 Zonk
Appearance: milk
Texture: milk
Taste: milk

Smell: floral

Go into coma. Reverts if you consume another zonk potion.







29 Torrid Broth

Appearance: light yellow liquid
Texture: baking burning heat
Taste: cream of tartar

Smell: urine this liquid heats and dries things off very quickly and effortlessly - if drank it will deal 1d6+2 dehydration damage. It deals the same damage to water based things if thrown onto them.







30 Elephant’s Path
Appearance: slate grey pearlescent fluid
Texture: hardens when cold like got wax, is very fluid when heated
Taste: the smell of feet

Smell: ejaculate

the imbiber goes up to the next strength score that would give them a bonus - you cannot go above 18 - their flesh also toughens for the next hour, granting then +1 armor.






31 Wondrous Elixir
Appearance: electric blue, glows brightly
Texture: fizzy
Taste: fresh corn

Smell: berries and rusty metal

+1 to a random attribute. cannot exceed 18.






32 Fountain’s Friend
Appearance: water
Texture: water
Taste: baking soda mixed with water

Smell: caves

if put into a normal fountain, it will fix any mechanisms that have failed, clean the fountain, and make the fountain magical: roll 1d6 for the effects of the water in the fountain. 1: cure light wounds
2: enlarge
3: cure disease
4: sleep
5: shrink
6: cause light wounds
if imbibed, this potion tastes of alkaline water. no effect.






33 Extraction
Appearance: black paint
Texture: chalky
Taste: vile poison (isn't poisonous though)

Smell: salty wine

expels anything from the imbiber's body that is foreign to that body.







34 Flux Flux Flux
Appearance: wet sandy salt
Texture: wet crunchy salt, which pours like hot tar
Taste: acidic

Smell: automotive

whatever this potion is applied to or whoever imbibes this potion is changed in some way: this quality is picked by the person who applied or imbibed the potion.







35 Spitting Vengeance
Appearance: green-tinged liquid
Texture: quickly evaporating liquid
Taste: the smell of gas

Smell: matches

the imbiber's (spilled) spit, blood, ejaculate, urine, etc - becomes extremely flammable. this lasts 1d4 turns.






36 Golden Sap
Appearance: royal honey
Texture: stiff honey or tree sap
Taste: gamey honey

Smell: sweet and woody

the imbiber of this potion gets a save vs magic when they die - if they save, they don't die, instead they go to one hit point. this effect does not stack, repeated imbibing of golden sap doesn't do anything.





37 Worship
Appearance: chocolate milk
Texture: like liquid and marbles - it forms into disparate spheres
Taste: potato skin

Smell: earthy

this potion makes god/s extremely aware of the imbiber or any object the option is applied to. for a hour.





38 Nectar
Appearance: pale pink drink
Texture: foamy and clinging
Taste: floral and botanical

Smell: like a very pleasant garden

this potion turns the imbiber into a messenger of the gods - a wonderfully coloured and plumed bird. it may speak with the imbiber's voice, and knows what the imbiber knows - but is now a 2HD bird. a deity will contact the imbiber shortly and give a message the imbiber should impart on someone else. once the message is imparted, deities usually offer compensation - and they will return the imbiber to their old form.






39 Abstruse Deliquescent
Appearance: light red ice
Texture: ice as long as it is observed, liquid when unobserved
Taste: cherry

Smell: nothing

if imbibed to applied to an object, the object or person cannot move if unobserved. this lasts until washed off or otherwise removed.






40 Baleful Liquor
Appearance: red liquid
Texture: water
Taste: saccharine

Smell: sharp and astringent

when this potion is exposed to air, it quickly evaporates and forms a toxic gas. exposure to this gas deals 1d4 damage - it fills a 30x30 cube, or more, depending on the quantity - and the gas will eventually settle and sit on the surface of standing water. if imbibed, this potion is an extremely bitter and quite strong liquor.






41 Wash
Appearance: soapy water
Texture: glycerin
Taste: soapy water

Smell: faintly fragranced soap

this potion instantly destroys anything on the surface of splashed objects: writing, slime, algae, mud, magic auras, etc. it is just soapy water if imbibed.






42 Goop
Appearance: orange slime
Texture: slippery squishy goop
Taste: vaguely fruity

Smell: chemicals

turns water into goop - this works for 2d20 gallons. it is edible, and counts as rations and water.







43 Expanding Sponge
Appearance: pink latex
Texture: thickened milk
Taste: plastic

Smell: the first time you turn the heater on for a while, burning dust

when exposed to air, this potion expands to 20X it's original volume, heating explosively and forming foam. it is corrosive, dealing 1d4 damage on touching the foam - anything completely engulfed takes 3d20 damage. it hardens after 3 rounds, and creatures engulfed may escape unless their action comes after it hardens.







44 Glistening Secretion
Appearance: pearly green gel
Texture: gel
Taste: aloe vera + vagina

Smell: smells like boiled grass

if applied to something, prevents corrosion, heat damage, poison gases, radiation, etc - easily rubs off and will come off if water is applied.






45 Volatile Spirits
Appearance: a tiny amount of water
Texture: alcohol
Taste: strong liquor

Smell: strong liquor

When exposed to air, emanates 1d6 alcohol-Ghosts, at one a round. HD ​ 1 ​HP ​ 6 ​Speed ​ 120’ Flying-Can go through walls ​Armor ​ 18 ​Morale ​ 12 ​Attack ​ Hit intoxicates target.(Con checks at start of turn, failure indicates a -1 to rolls, and is cumulative. - goes away after 1d6 rounds) if ignited explodes for 2d4 damage - anyone at 5 feet or less is singed.






46 Serum
Appearance: amber colored liquid
Texture: thin, watery
Taste: mineral water without carbonation

Smell: sharp and metallic

gives the imbiber +1d4-1 maximum hit points and a 10% cumulative chance of total rejection of all previously imbibed serum 9the max hit points all go away).






47 Soft and Feeble
Appearance: pastel pink milk
Texture: buttermilk
Taste: escargot

Smell: medicinal strawberries

imbiber has their natural armor lowered by 6, their hit points are divided by two, and they have disadvantage on to hit and damage rolls.






48 Thinner
Appearance: three liquids with different densities
Texture: syrup, water, alcohol
Taste: fake caramel, lime, burnt popcorn

Smell: unclean barroom

three doses. this potion makes things skinny when applied or imbibed - this functionally reduces hit points by 1/3, and makes objects long and skinny and thin.






49 King Memorabilia’s Extraordinary Oil
Appearance: golden pearlescent oil
Texture: thin oil
Taste: the smell of fireworks

Smell: that fakey vanilla smell vinyl toys have

1d4 doses, the dose makes any object applied to appear magical in nature






50 Pulpy Potion
Appearance: paper pulp
Texture: paper pulp
Taste: wet paper and a hint of cinnamon

Smell: cinnamony

this potion heals damaged books, including book ashes.







51 Meat Oil

Appearance: melted tallow
Texture: ghee or other refined oils
Taste: the drippings from a roast

Smell: extremely savory and like cooked meat

this oil attracts animals and unintelligent humanoids, it will last until it is slurped up or set alight.







52 Ichorous Devil 

Appearance: boiling brandy
Texture: boiling water, but not hot
Taste: licking stones, acidic

Smell: taking a bandage off

this potion causes horrendous ulcers on anything organic it touches, dealing 1d8 damage and each damage is one ulcer.






53 Obfeasance
Appearance: black ink
Texture: granular, like spheres trapped in an emulsion
Taste: dry sherry

Smell: pus
this potion, when exposed to air, rapidly evaporates and forms a black cloud. entering this black cloud has no effect, but exiting the cloud requires the exiting person to roll 1d4 - 1 is north, 2 is east, 3 is south, 4 is west - this is the direction they leave the cloud from.







54 Mellifluent Libation
Appearance: glittering bubbly white wine
Texture: champagne
Taste: extremely bitter

Smell: wet ashes

This potion is extremely intoxicating to deities, and to a lesser extent, clergy.







55 Silvery Moon Jism
Appearance: seiminal fluid crossed with mercury
Texture: a thick syrup
Taste: burnt hair

Smell: none apparent

This potion gives off moonlight, and is extremely reproductively potent - functioning as the male component in sexual reproduction, this potion results in the birthing of moons.
