Room 49
49 – Glassware Storage
This room is connected without doorways to the adjacent rooms, for ease of use.
Glassware fills this room, on spindly shelves. A fall or trip would be disastrous – that is why Assistants in Lead are usually the only ones to come here – and pick up what is required elsewhere.
Bulbs, Alembics, Graduated pipettes, Burettes, Beakers, Volumetric flasks, Jars, Condensers, Retorts, Funnels, Petri dishes, Test Tubes, Erlenmeyer flasks, Graduated Cylinders, Vials, Slides, Stirring Rods, Stopcocks, Desiccators, Drying pistols, Adapters, Bottles, Glass Ebulliometers, Pelicans, Curcurbits, any anything else you can imagine.
They are all made of hand-blown glass.
The room is roughly 12X18 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.
