 Duration- Seven Rounds
Range- Living things within caster's perception

 

Plight- All living beings within perception of the caster are put into the Plight state for seven rounds. Plight is defined as "Peril- All rolls become 50/50 to succeed/fail".

 

So what is this spell good for?  Dunno, beats the hell outta me. There must be a ton of uses, but I cannot figure them out.
