Spell #55 Water Welter

Duration- Instantaneous

Casting Range- Touching the water(Unerring) Line of sight (Sluggish)

Projectile Range- Up to ten feet from the source of water (actual Welter)

Water Welter- Shapes body of water in container into a forceful jet. Water must be at least two pints worth. The jet deals no damage, but will push the person or targeted object forcefully backwards. To land the Water Welter, make an non-stat modified attack roll +CasterLVL against their (STR+DEX)/2 rounding down. If the attack is successful, assume them to be knocked back 1d6X10 feet or prone, whichever the affected decides. If the attack misses, they still are wet and standing. Water Welters cast by a caster who is touching the actual water cannot miss.


So what is this spell good for? Pushing things with water in a jar, or out of a fountain, or in the ocean, or a lake, or a bathroom, or out of a bucket, a hole, a spring, a waterfall, a river, or any body of water.

Good for putting out fires and scaring cats too.
