Floozy- The caster appears gaudily dressed, and simultaneously gets attention and is ignored, allows attraction or dismissal based on casters choice until concentration is broken. Any complex talk or serious effort will break concentration. People who see you get a save versus magic the first time they see you, with a negative modifier to their roll equal to your charisma bonus. Success indicates they see you as what you look like, but this might not immediately raise suspicion.

So what is this spell good for? Gatecrashing parties, walking dangerous neighborhoods, catching and arresting johns, attracting help or thugs, blending into parades or social functions, and generally blending in or standing out in social circumstances.
