There are many entrances/exits, and this cave clocks in at 195 feet vertical height in the main chamber, and by extension the whole cave.

Special:   Each time the amount of current Hp goes to zero or negative, the Onion Manticore sheds its outer skin and now has the next amount of Hp listed. This also applies for its HD, Armor, and Morale This also counts for Exp, each skin counts a defeating a creature of that HD.

Syn-Propanethial-S-oxide: When Onion Manticores take damage, they release a gas that induces crying to those within 30 ft. Those affected may save against poison or make a cooking check to not be affected. Those who begin crying are at -1 to all rolls. This Stacks.
