 Cavern 6

 This cavern is no more than 100 feet, and is a shaft leading down into a grouping of three or four rooms.

The shaft is obviously of humanoid manufacture, and the cave terminates rather quickly.

 

The edited version is flipped and has ladders and scaffolding added, alongside some more precarious ropes. After traversing the shaft entrance via stairs and ascending ladders and clambering up ropes, at the top of this cavern is a entrance into something. Perhaps a temple? A Dungeon? Maybe this is the secret entrance/exit to a castle or cliffside fortress?
