105 – Bidding Devil Pitches Pennies

The room looks like there used to be tables, but it is now empty save dust.
Sitting in a corner, pitching pennies, is a Bidding Devil -
Bidding DevilBright red polka dots on a chalk white body – pointy and then figure, grinning and constantly moving.

Special:In addition to any normal actions taken as turn - The Bidding Devil starts a bid - Each person in initiative may bid HP. The Devil starts the bidding with a bid of any number of HP. In turn order, before taking an action, each player may top the high bid. The bidding ends if the high bid stands. The high bidder loses HP equal to the high bid and gains actions equivalent to the amount of damage taken.
The room is roughly 20X35 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.
