Range- Initiative order

Crescendo- The caster takes an action, then the round resets, with the caster at the top of the initiative. This spell may be cast in response to an action in combat.

 

So what is this spell good for? Taking immediate action, then taking a pre-emptive action and altering the flow of combat. In conjunction with surprise, this spell can be used to defeat way above what would be normal.
