Room 162

    162 -  Dead Garden This chamber has no door, just a pair of stone archway s – these are decorated with skulls . Growing in great abundance in the 3’ deep soil of the room are tons of gerbera plants. In the soil are at least 30 skeletons, mostly covered in soil. The room is roughly 15X25 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.

  161– Repair Room The door to the south is made of yew, and the silver—plated doorknob is locked, strangely however, the door is ajar. The door to the north is made of yew, and the silver—plated doorknob is locked – and the door closed. Inside the room are several large rectangles of wood – close inspection will reveal they are the back of pews. The look like they were either being hastily upholstered, or reupholstered. There is a hammer and nails under one of the two, and there is parts and patches of old frayed purple felt. The room is roughly 1 5 X1 7 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.

  160- Lightbulb Plant Pot Room There is a doorway to the north - the door is made of cherry-wood, painted light grey – it has a brass doorknob – it is unlocked and open. The room has a curious potted plant – it is small shoots with tiny glowing bubbles growing like fruit – these small delicate fruits are like glass bubbles filled with moving liquid, the liquid fluoresces with sunlight – so the plant is feeding itself. Hidden in a crack in the stone walls – there is an amulet – it can be found on a successful search roll. It is worth 600 SP. The room is roughly 15X15 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.

  159- The Council There is a doorway to the north - the door is made of cherry-wood, painted with seven symbols – it has a brass doorknob – it is unlocked and open. There is a doorway to the east - the door is made of cherry-wood, painted with seven symbols – it has a brass doorknob – it is unlocked and open. The room has a doll sitting in the center of the room, a stuffed thing – barely boy-shaped. On entering the room, Council is cast targeting the doll – there is a series of symbols on the doors that activate if the doorknob is touched – the doll has 7 Wisdom. The room is roughly 16X15 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.

  Back in my Body by Maggie Rogers!    The VaM-style spell today is Back in my Body- the title coming from this song by Maggie Rogers. I love all of Maggie's music - the whole album, Heard it in a Past Life, Is well worth a listen, and her music videos never ever disappoint.   158- Trashpit There is a doorway to the north - the door is made of cherry-wood, painted Black– it has a brass doorknob – it is unlocked and open. There is a doorway to the east - the door is made of cherry-wood, painted Black– it has a brass doorknob – it is unlocked and open. This room smells like trash, but very old trash that has mostly lost the horrible smells. In the center of the room, there is a wrought iron fence – it is around a 3’radius hole.   157- E ffingo Frutex Chamber This chamber has no door, just a quartet of stone archway s – each covered in slime and petals. Sitting in the soil of this room is E ffingo Frutex – Small shoots with broad teadrop leaves – impossibly suspended. Around the base of the shoots grows flowers, with white orange and blue petals. If the characters leave anything of themselves, spit, hair, fingernails... Well, then the next time the sun comes around, the plants will have enough energy to converge and convert any biological material in the room into clones – which they will control and send to gather more biological materials, and nutrients for the plants. This process is what makes the room have a thin layer of slime everywhere. The clones, if killed or damaged, will bleed blue orange and white – like striped toothpaste – they will act kinda wonky – and the clones should be in the random encounter tables at some point later.   156- Citrullus lanatus Chamber This chamber has no door, just a quartet of stone archways with pockmarks in the stone and dew thinly coating the lintels. Throughout the room are Citrullus lanatus in various stages of growth, some trampled and some stunted, but at least 15 are growing well, and at least 10 are ripe. The room is roughly 18X25 feet, each hallways/passage in and out is around 5 feet wide.

Thanks for the push to do something like this Soukkis, it is fun so far! Woods Adventure Hooks 1 – Old Snare, a player steps in it unless highest bushcraft party member makes a bushcraft roll – then they realize that there is a section of the forest filled with traps – somewhere inside of it is a crazy hermit’s house. 2 – 1D6 Axe Beaks – The player will hear someone screaming and the sounds of axes hitting flesh, either the players investigate or must avoid making noise.
